Ran my 10 a lot faster than last week. Why does running in the rain make you feel like such a badass? Currently icing my shins through rain-soaked compression socks.
My speed/endurance have been suffering overall, though, due to lack of consistent training. Over the last couple of months, we’ve only been doing 1-2 runs/week. Womp, womp, wommp. :/ Half marathon is in late January, so we’ve gotta whip our asses back into gear with 3-4 runs/week. Ready, set, run!
